Parent Survey 2018

Many thanks to our parents and carers who took part in the online survey on our recent Parents’ Evenings. The feedback we received will help us to continue to build upon the things that we are doing well and to respond to any concerns which may have arisen.

The results of the survey were hugely encouraging, with a huge number of the questions receiving 97-99% of their responses in the Strongly Agree or Agree category.

Please find the results of the survey in the pie charts below.

Some of the written feedback we received:

My children love school. Thank you because that’s all I ask for. Teachers are superb and really care.

We have 3 children in the school who all enjoyed learning and never had any issues .

Fern loves school when she’s in! I like that she’s making new friends rather than just sticking to one.

Faye is happy at school, she used to do dance club at lunch time, she loved it!

Henry loves learning maths and says he enjoys it. Even at the weekend Henry asks to come to school.

The staff have been so welcoming of all my children, and have been so very friendly and encouraging to them all it’s really helped my younger ones especially to transition into school well.

Both my children love coming to school and have learnt so much in a small space of time.

My child always wants to attend, never likes to miss out so I know she really enjoys it thanks.

My son has enjoyed his time so far in foundation, I was worried he would struggle to make friends but the staff have worked with him and the other children so well that it is no longer a concern, he always tells me how nice the staff are which also makes me feel at ease.

Charlotte has loved her time so far at Prenton as she feels relaxed and her confidence is growing each year.

George was offered Prenton only a few weeks before starting school so he had never even been for a visit. We are so happy that George has settled so well. The teaching staff are doing a wonderful job as every day is ‘awesome’ and he is learning so much.

We feel our daughter has always had a positive experience. She really enjoys school and has always liked her teachers. I particularly like the merit system and it appears that all children are given the opportunity to achieve one. My daughter in particular loves the opportunity to be chosen and praised and this encourages her to work harder.
