"We aim to work together to create a happy caring community where each child feels contented and secure."

As Headteacher of Prenton Primary School I am delighted to introduce the school to you.

The school currently has approximately 400 on roll ranging from age 4 years to 11 years and we also have a Children’s Centre on site.

The school currently has 19 well qualified and dedicated teachers and a number of support staff who all work very hard together to ensure that the children receive the very best opportunities and education.

We are very much part of the local community and are constantly involved in charity work. We have a very proactive and strong Home School Association who are involved in social and community events. Governors and staff work together to provide high quality care and education for the children.

In Prenton we hope to provide a positive and happy start to your child’s school life and foster a love of learning building on all of the good work that has been carried out at home. Trusting and purposeful relationships between home and school are the key to success. We feel that this, and good communication in a variety of forms, will help us together to fulfill each child’s potential.

At Prenton we are proud of our achievements and have high expectations. We aim to promote traditional values and instill confidence within the children to enable them to be the best that they can be!

I hope that you will be able to visit the school in order to help you make the right choice for your son or daughter where you will always find a warm welcome.

If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yours sincerely,

Sandra Lloyd
